Participant Requirements
Important information for intending registrants

All Delegations and participants including Media Participants are required to register for the PIF Leaders Meeting by the 18th August 2025.

How to Register

Visit this website’s Registration page and complete the online registration form OR complete the following forms via email to the Solomon Islands Government’s Official Contact and copy the Forum Secretariat.

  1. List of Delegates Form

  2. Medical, Dietary and Dress Needs Form

  3. Media Accreditation Form

Late Registration

If Delegation and Participant details are unknown by the deadline, notify the contacts with estimated numbers and arrival and departure dates.

Dress Code

The following dress codes will be observed during the following events of the 54th Pacific Islands Forum Leaders Meeting in Solomon Islands

Official Opening Ceremony: Islands Formal Attire

Leaders’ Retreat: Custom shirts and or blouses will be provided for Heads of Delegation

Delegates and Participants are encouraged to submit their measurements for the Leaders’ Retreat through the Medical, Dietary and Dress Needs Form or the Online Registration Form.

Media Accreditation

Media accreditation is the responsibility of the Government of Solomon Islands. All requests for accreditation should be sent via email to the official PIF Media Contact with copies to Mr. George Hemming and Ms. Georgina Kekea.

How to Apply for Accreditation

Complete the Media Accreditation Form and email to the contacts above.

Required Documents

  • Signed letter from employer (media organization) confirming role.

  • Two passport-sized photos (or digital copies).

  • Details of equipment (if value exceeds SBD$3,000).

Facilities Provided

  • Office facilities at Meeting Venue

  • Press briefings at the Press Media Hall located at the Meeting Venue.

Late Registration

Late submissions may impact accommodation and logistical arrangements. Ensure all forms are submitted by 18 August 2025.
